The information economy in today's conditions dictates the conditions under which innovations become the driving force that leads to the development of society. Due to the introduction of innovations, active technological modernization is taking place in the financial market of the country, in particular in banking institutions. Innovations related to remote banking, risk management, and improvement of information and computer technologies are particularly relevant. However, the majority of Ukrainian banks under the management of innovative activities understand the solution of current tasks, rejecting the quality of management that meets the international level and the national needs of the development of the banking business - increasing efficiency, competitiveness, ensuring stability in the activities of banking institutions and strengthening their influence on innovative processes in the economy.
