The purpose of the research is the development, optimization, manufacture and experimental studies of the detecting complex "silicon photosensor-scintillator" for spectrometric registration of X-ray and gamma radiation As a result of the work on the topic of stage 2 for January - December 2022: - an analysis of the characteristics of silicon uncooled detectors and inorganic scintillators for use in the design of the "silicon photosensor-scintillator" detector complex was carried out; - the design of a research sample of a detecting complex for spectrometric registration of X-ray and gamma radiation based on a silicon photosensor developed by the NSC KhFTI and a CsI(Tl) scintillator was developed; - the preparation of technological equipment and materials was carried out, the modes of production of experimental samples were determined (gluing of the detector and scintillator, welding of microwire, heat treatment, etc.) and research samples of the detecting complex were made; - the electric circuit of the charge-sensitive preamplifier (ZPP) and the shaping amplifier using SMD components of the detecting complex "silicon photosensor-scintillator" for spectrometric registration of X-ray and gamma radiation was developed; - carried out studies of spectrometric characteristics of the manufactured research samples in the energy range from 60 keV to 0.662 MeV, incl. with 57Co, 137Cs and 241Am radiation sources.
