Analysis of DNA nucleotide sequences and phylogenetic characteristics of viral isolates indicated a close relationship between Ukrainian viral isolates with strains from European. The obtained data of nucleotide sequences are partially deposited in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI, USA) and will be used in the assessment of the situation in the Ukrainian regions, the possibility of the spread of infections and establishing the level of biological threat to national aquaculture.
