Youth migration mobility in the Carpathian region of Ukraine: problems of preservation and development of human potential The research object is the processes of youth migration mobility. The research subject is theoretical and methodological provisions on the impact of youth migration mobility on the development and capitalization of human potential in the personal and regional dimensions. The aim of the study is to substantiate the scientific and methodological foundations of monitoring and the concept of state regulation of youth migration mobility as a condition for preserving and developing the human potential of the Carpathian region of Ukraine. The system for monitoring the youth migration mobility is developed as an information and analytical basis for demographic forecasting in the context of preserving and developing the human potential of the region. The foreign experience of regulating the youth migration mobility in the context of identifying and adapting effective measures for the preservation and development of human potential for the regions of Ukraine is analyzed. The substantiation of the concept of state regulation of youth migration mobility in the strategy of human potential development of Ukraine and the Carpathian region is carried out. Organizational and economic instruments of state regulation of youth migration mobility in the context of preserving and developing the human potential of the Carpathian region based on stimulating population re-emigration are determined.
