Lukyanovaya NAMS of Ukraine» popup.description2  The use of the developed complex of therapy made it possible to achieve the normalization of dysbiotic disorders of the genital tract, which was manifested in a decrease in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of insemination of the genital tract by opportunistic microflora, to normalize the qualitative and quantitative indicators of biocenosis in all examined women. Conducted immunological studies have shown that in women with chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs, caused by sexually transmitted infections and abusing medicines and drugs, there is a significant decrease in the number of patients with a protective level of antibodies to measles, diphtheria and influenza compared to the control group. Positive changes in the psycho-emotional state of the examined women after treatment were manifested in the improvement of emotional characteristics, the same positive changes occurred in the indicators of adaptability. The treatment of the examined women made it possible to restore the normal mechanisms of lipid peroxidation in the blood. Treatment of disorders of lipid peroxidation had a positive effect in all groups of examined women.
