Gorbachevsky of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine popup.description2  Report on the GDR: final, 82 p., 33 tables, 5 figures, 57 sources. RESIDUAL PERIOD OF ANEURYSMAL SUBARACHNIOID HEMORRAGE, CHRONIC BRAIN ISCHEMIA, QUALITY OF LIFE, COGNITIVE DISORDERS, MORPHOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BRAIN, APOPTOSIS, OXIDATIVE STRESS, MITOCHONDRIAL DYSFUNCTION. The object of the study is aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in the residual period, chronic ischemia of the brain. The purpose of the work Study of neuro-psychological, hemodynamic and metabolic features of the residual period of a-SAH and chronic cerebral ischemia to improve diagnostic tactics and determine predictors of the development of cognitive disorders. Research methods – Clinical-neurological (with the selection of the leading clinical syndromes of AMI), neuropsychological using questionnaires and scales (quality of life SF-36, hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), Beck depression scale, Montreal cognitive deficit scale (MoCA)); instrumental (multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) of the brain with calculation of the main morphometric characteristics and indices of the brain, transcranial duplex scanning), laboratory (cytofluorimetric with determination of the number of blood leukocytes in the stage of early and late apoptosis, with increased intracellular ROS content, with reduced transmembrane mitochondrial potential), statistical using "Statistica 6.0" software packages for a personal computer. The results of the study are implemented in the treatment process. Forecast: neuro-psychological, hemodynamic and metabolic features of the residual period of a-SAH and chronic cerebral ischemia will be studied to improve diagnostic tactics and determine predictors of the development of cognitive disorders Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-12-24 Close
