The purpose of the work is to study the physical and chemical properties of reagents and products of chemical production, optimization and stabilization of technological regimes of chemical processes. Research methods are X-ray phase, sedimentation, photocolorimetric analysis, chromatography, derivatography, electron and atomic force microscopy, mathematical processing of data using the Runge-Kutta method. The following were studied: the "heating wall - coking chamber" system and the general mathematical model of temperature distribution on the walls of verticals; the process of cathodic template synthesis of Ni(OH)2 electrochromic films at different temperatures; the process of electrodeposition of Cu–TiO2 composites from methanesulfonate electrolytes; kinetics of thermal destruction of rice husk in a non-isothermal mode and the process of its mathematical modeling. According to the results of research into the physical and chemical properties of reagents and products of chemical production, optimization and stabilization of technological regimes of chemical processes, mathematical and physical modeling with verification in conditions close to production, a method of obtaining high-energy products has been developed.
