EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF METABOLIC DISORDERS IN THE BODY UNDER THE EFFECT OF EXOGENOUS TOXICANTS AND IN VARIOUS PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS The object of research is biochemical and morphological changes in biological objects caused by exogenous toxicants of various nature, as well as during the development of multiorgan pathology. The purpose of the work is to investigate the mechanisms of metabolic disorders under the conditions of exposure to exogenous toxicants and the development of pathological conditions, to find effective schemes for correcting the identified disorders. Research methods are biochemical, biophysical, histological (light optical and electron microscopic), histochemical, statistical. Research results. As a result of the research, increased activity of SOD, catalase and CP in blood serum was found against the background of drinking water with a concentration of nitrates from 150 to 500 mg/l in experimental groups of both age categories. It was established that the most pronounced changes in indicators are caused by the use of drinking water with nitrates in a concentration of 500 mg/l. More pronounced changes were observed in sexually immature animals. The conducted studies confirmed that sodium glutamate increases the toxic effect of tobacco smoke on the liver, which is manifested by more pronounced changes in biochemical markers of its functional state under the condition of the combined effect of tobacco smoke and sodium glutamate compared to the isolated effect of tobacco smoke. In terms of age, more pronounced changes are observed in sexually immature rats. It was found that the maximum changes in the activity of UDF - glucuronyl transferase, ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase, and glutathione transferase were registered in the IV group of animals at all times of the study, which were administered fullerenes dissolved in the toxicant toluene.
