The subject of the research is a set of external and internal factors influencing the formation of information support for managing business processes at the enterprise. Research methods. In the research process, a complex of general scientific and applied methods was used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic generalization - to study theoretical and methodological aspects of the synthesis of information support in the process-oriented management of enterprises; economic-mathematical analysis and methods of monitoring and control - for the development of methods of information support organization in process-oriented management of enterprises based on theories of organizational changes and internal audit of the effectiveness of information support of process-oriented management. Research results: development of proposals regarding the formation of effective information support for business process management at Nord-Trade LLC. The research paper analyzed the development of scientific approaches to process-oriented management of trade enterprises; an analysis of the problems and advantages of approaches to the implementation of information support in the process-oriented management of trade enterprises was carried out; a system of synthesis of information support for process-oriented management of trade enterprises is proposed; scientific and methodical approaches to the organization of information support in the process-oriented management of trade enterprises based on the theories of organizational changes are proposed. The information base of the research is legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, materials of scientific conferences, periodicals and official Internet sites, financial and statistical reporting of the enterprise under investigation, materials of surveys of entrepreneurs.
