When diluting K-medium from MSC PPS in a 1:1 ratio; 2:1, a significant increase in the percentage of breast tumor cells with a CD133+ phenotype was observed both after 24 (5.24% - group 3, 4.66% - group 4) and after 48 (7.14% - group 3, 5.68 % - 4 groups) hours of incubation, compared to the control (4.08 - 4.54%). When diluting K-medium from MSC PPS in a 1:1 ratio; 2:1; 4:1 inhibition of the proliferation of breast tumor cells with a CD45- phenotype was observed after 48 hours of incubation, compared to the control. When diluting K-medium in a ratio of 1:4 and 1:2 to PPP, the decrease in the number of cells was insignificant, and the number of cells did not differ significantly from the control samples on the first and second days of cultivation. At the same time, K-medium from MSCs did not significantly affect the expression of the ErСАm marker, which indicates the epithelial genesis of these cells. The percentage of cells that were positive for this marker did not change depending on the concentration of K medium and the incubation period. Under the influence of soluble products from MSCs, the expression of CK and EpCAM in a monolayer culture of tumor cells increased by 80% and 65% compared to the control, respectively. When adding k-medium from MSCs at a concentration of 1:1 to the complete nutrient medium in the spheroid culture of tumor cells, the expression of CK, EpCAM, and vim under the influence of MSCs increased by 45%, 20%, and 40%, respectively, compared to the control.
