The survival of MSCs from different sources with the same and different protocols of freezing and storage of cell material was compared. According to the data of cytofluorimetry, the viability of MSCs was determined after different freezing schemes with the same composition of the cryopreservation medium. The best result was achieved for MSCzht with rapid freezing to -1960С, storage at -1700С and rapid thawing. Survival of MSCs was 85.6% of the total number of cells. In addition, it was determined that MSCs isolated from adipose tissue are less contaminated with hematopoietic cells and better tolerate various freezing and storage schemes. According to the results of the work, the most effective scheme was chosen, which provided good results in cryopreservation of cells. The obtained data were compared with the studies of previous years and it was confirmed that the Complete Vitrification Medium developed as a result of the work allows obtaining good results in the survival of both hematopoietic cells and mesenchymal stem cells. At the same time, rapid cooling in supercooled nitrogen allows obtaining the viability of SGC at the level of 80-85%, MSCs of various origins at the level of 82-85%.
