Methodological approaches to the targeted synthesis of new polymer carriers were developed and their architecture, dimensions, and morphology of the colloidal structures forming these polymers and their complexes with alkaloids in aqueous solutions were investigated. It has been established that polymeric carriers are non-toxic and non-immunogenic. A comparative analysis of complexes and aqueous delivery systems of natural alkaloids Sanguinarine and Helidonine with complexes based on Berberine was carried out.
