 The theoretical foundations of understanding the meaning and functions of inclusive economic institutions in the economy at the national and regional levels have been deepened; for the first time, methodological approaches to the assessment of the inclusion of economic institutions based on the index of inclusion/inclusion were developed and a corresponding practical toolkit was proposed, which was applied to the analysis of the domestic legal framework of the functioning of the institutions of innovation, investment, entrepreneurship, regional development and the household sector in terms of its influence on the involvement vulnerable population groups in economic activity; developed a hierarchically interconnected system of formal institutions for the formation and implementation of industrial policy in Ukraine; practical recommendations have been developed regarding the foundations and directions of the state structural policy for providing support to the economy during the war and post-war recovery, taking into account the observance of the inclusive vector of its development.
