CLIMATE CHANGE, MODEL SPECIES, QUERCUS ROBUR, BELGICA ANTARTICA, HYMENOPTERA: APOIDEA, PHENOLOGY The object of research is the reactions of selected model species of organisms to climate changes. The purpose of the study is to determine the reactions and the possibility of adaptation to variations in ecological factors of model species, which at the level of ecosystems can be indicators of the consequences of global changes, directly or indirectly caused by human activity. This year, representative chronological series of three populations of Quercus robur (within and at the border of the species range) were compiled, which will be used in further dendroclimatological studies. Using dendrochronological methods, it was established that of the seven studied non-native gymnosperm tree species, Pinus strobus, despite its sensitivity to late spring frosts and summer droughts, is the most promising for forestry in the regions of central Europe, where the aboriginal species Pinus sylvestris becomes vulnerable to climate changes. The report presents an analysis of changes in the species diversity of bees on the territory of Kyiv. It is shown that the diversity of wild bees in Kyiv is represented by 246 species from 6 families. Phenological shifts in the bees’ flight activity were revealed. Thus, certain changes in the phenology of the oligolect species Melitta leporina were recorded, as well as the continuation of the flight activity of certain social species. The report presents an analysis of the findings of the invasive species Megachile sculpturalis in Ukraine. The report presents the results of the study of the morphometric parameters of the larvae of the fourth stage of the species B. antarctica, endemic to Peterman Island. Sexual dimorphism in B. antarctica individuals as a response to environmental changes was not detected. Product Description popup.authors Honchar Hanna Yu. Kovalenko Pavlo A.
