The object of research is the economic relations that arise between stakeholders of the real, financial, and public sectors in the process of responsible investment. The goal of the project is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and a complex interdisciplinary methodological toolkit for modeling the trajectory of the transformation of financial markets on a responsible basis, aimed at forming a sufficient pool of investment resources to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular, SDG 3 in Ukraine and Austria. The tasks are to conduct a comparative analysis of the Ukrainian-Austrian experience of financing the Central Bank; mapping the guidelines of financial market transformation based on a responsible trajectory; formalization the relationship between the volume of responsible investment and the efficiency of the financial markets of the two countries; development of the conceptual foundations of impact investing in Ukraine in the field of health care; modeling investment resources to overcome the investment gap in achieving SDG 3; development of responsible investment market benchmarks. In addition to standard methods of scientific research, the work uses the methods of comparative, bibliometric, dispersion, correlation, benchmark, ANOVA, VAR, and R/S analyses, as well as the Granger causality test, logit, and probit models.
