It is shown that this group of patients has anemia of chronic diseases, as well as latent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. Features of the clinical course and indicators of anxiety, quality of life, functions of external breathing and intensity of inflammation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with residual changes after cured pulmonary tuberculosis in combination with anemia of chronic diseases compared to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease without residual changes after cured tuberculosis were revealed in combination with and without anemia of chronic diseases. A higher frequency of iron deficiency states and anemia of chronic diseases was found among patients with pulmonary hypertension than without it. In the group of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and residual changes after cured pulmonary tuberculosis, a more pronounced bronchial obstruction and a higher frequency of pulmonary hypertension were found for the first time among women compared to men. The association of concomitant anemia of chronic diseases with more active growth of opportunistic and pathogenic sputum microflora in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and residual changes after cured pulmonary tuberculosis is shown. The informativeness of the dynamics of the kallistatin level as an inhibitor of the kallikrein-kinin system, a vasodilator and a marker of the formation of endothelial dysfunction has been established. The expediency of determining the level of ghrelin to establish its systemic effect on the course of chronic pancreatitis and atherosclerosis has been revealed.
