The purpose of the work: collection, analysis, generalization and exchange of results regarding the best practices of effective resolution of civil and commercial disputes in the EU and Austria, especially mediation and arbitration for research, broad discussion and appropriate implementation in Ukraine; analysis and generalization of the development of the main legal institutions in the conditions of the wartime regime in Ukraine, discussion of the experience of other countries, especially the administration of justice, regulation of the status of a temporarily displaced person on the example of Ukrainians in Austria; promoting the rational application of the EU experience and finding the most optimal models for solving certain categories of disputes, ensuring the broad participation of practitioners - interested parties and beneficiaries; promoting innovation in applied research and teaching throughout academic and professional life, in particular through programs of study and practical training.
