Models for reducing the gap in interests between stakeholders have been developed. The trends and prospects in the labor market are specified. The optimal strategy for the development of the enterprise has been developed, with the procedure for calculating the cost of the process of implementation and implementation of the strategy focusing on the dominant factor being highlighted. A factor analysis of the corruption component of the "customer-winner" system of the Lviv region was conducted. The necessity of improving the state regulation of investment activities in the agriculture of Ukraine is substantiated and the main directions of this process are determined. These include the formation of a complete, balanced at the national and regional levels of power, the specified regulation system, the need to apply theoretical and methodological potential to develop a modern strategy to support the development of the investment process and ensure the coordinated functioning of a number of its mechanisms and their tools. As part of the introduction of such a system, attention is focused on the importance of the theoretical and methodological definition of the development strategy of investing in agriculture, the formation of regulatory and legal support for its implementation, and the importance of using public management tools at the national and regional levels, taking into account regional smart specialization. This made it possible to develop and propose a similar model of activation of investment regulation in agriculture. This model creates opportunities for the use of modern tools of state regulation of investment processes, taking into account the systemic approach, which ensures coordination of the actions of individual state administration bodies and the interests of other subjects of public administration.
