An analysis of literature data on the phylogenetic relationships of modern and fossil taxa of the selected families was carried out. As a result of processing the collections of net-winged insects (Neuroptera) of the Eocene period stored in the State Museum of Natural History in Stuttgart, it was established that it consists of 15 fossils from Brazil, 12 ambers from Burma, four specimens from Baltic amber and seven from Dominican amber. We identified two species from fossils of Crato Brazil (Cratoneura dividens Martins-Neto, 1994 and Cratonemopteryx audax Martins-Neto and Vulcano, 1989), two species from Burmese amber (Nuddsia longiantennata Menon & Makarkin, 2008 and Doratomantispa pouilloni Jouault & Nel , 2022), three from Baltic amber (Rophalis relicta (Hagen, 1856), Proberotha prisca Kruger, 1923 and Rophalis relicta (Hagen, 1856)) and three species from Dominican amber (Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens, 1836), Spiloconis oediloma Engel and Grimaldi 2007, Notiobiella thaumasta Oswald 1999). Specimens were selected for the description of new taxa, in particular, one specimen from the fossils of Brazil, three larvae (Chrysopidae, Osmylidae and Psychopsidae) from Burmese amber and three specimens with potentially new taxa for description, one individual of a net winged insect in Baltic amber from the family Coniopterygidae, two larvae from the families Ascalaphidae and Chrysopidae, and one imago from Dominican amber. It is proposed to use morphoparametric indicators of wing venation when describing new taxa. As part of the implementation of the theme, the amber collection of the State Museum of Natural History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with inclusions was processed.
