On the basis of computer simulations, the spectra of ionization energy loss of positively and negatively charged particles of high energies moving in the channeling mode in thin straight and bent silicon crystals were investigated. At sufficiently high particle energies, such spectra have almost the same appearance for different types of particles of the same charge. The dependence of the maximum value of the probability density of the amount of energy loss of particles on the radius of curvature of the crystal was obtained.
