The purpose of the work is to develop the "Project for the degassing of lava mining area № 137 of the «Stepova mine» of the SE "Lvivvugillia". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation on working out bench № 137 of the «Stepova mine» of the SE «Lvivvugillia» was analyzed. The calculation of the expected release of methane within the excavation area, the calculation of the air consumption for ventilating the excavation area was performed. "Measures for managing the degassing system during fires" have been developed. The "Project of degassing of the excavation area of lava № 137 of the «Stepova mine» was developed.
