The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the production of quickly constructed protective structures of the modular civil defense. The purpose of the research work is to improve the regulatory framework in the field of civil defense and to develop a project of the national standard for the production of quickly constructed protective structures of civil defense of the modular type, in particular, full factory readiness. Research methods are analytical (national and international legal acts, regulatory documents and other sources of information regarding the design, construction and operation of protective structures of civil protection, as well as the production of modular protective structures were analyzed). The result of the work is a project of the national standard, which contains requirements for the design, manufacture and construction of quickly constructed protective structures of modular type civil defense. The application of the project of the specified normative document by interested institutions and organizations will contribute to the expansion of the fund of protective structures, especially in the conditions of martial law, which in turn will lead to a greater coverage of the population subject to shelter in protective structures of civil protection and, as a result, effective provision of the appropriate level protection of the population in the event of man-made and natural emergency situations in peacetime and in a special period.  Product Description popup.authors Andriienko Mykola V.
