The state of the electric car market in the world and in Ukraine, the existing model range of cars and charging stations for them, and the possibilities of developing and improving the infrastructure of electric mobility in the city of Kyiv are analyzed. An analysis of the problem of processing and handling man-made waste from thermal power plants in Ukraine was carried out. The results of the study of the intensity of "breathing" of soils under energy crops under different fertilization systems are presented, it is shown that the differences in carbon dioxide emissions from the soil under different energy crops depended on temperature, humidity, the content of organic matter in them and the peculiarities of cultivation, and the intensification of this process after plowing was also noted . The results of the study and the developed recommendations represent a set of methodical materials and can be used to ensure the implementation of a network of monitoring of atmospheric air pollution in the cities of Ukraine. An analysis of the level of carbon capacity and nature use of the country's economy was carried out, measures to reduce the level of emissions of pollutants with the aim of slowing climate change processes were investigated, and the need to introduce improved ecological, economic and organizational tools for promoting sustainable low-carbon economic development was argued.
