The object of the study is the process of managing law enforcement forces while ensuring public safety. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations and proposals for the creation of an automated system for managing law enforcement forces to ensure public safety, its general accounting and proposals for its programmatic implementation. The main tasks of the SRW are: – definition and substantiation of the structure and main functions of the automated management system of law enforcement forces; - development of a general account of the automated management system of law enforcement forces and proposals for its programmatic implementation; - determination of the possibilities of formation of military messages according to NATO standards for use in units of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU). Research methods – analysis, synthesis, mathematical modeling and optimization methods. The results of the work are: - the composition of the means of automating communication and ensuring information security, which must be used at different levels of the management system of law enforcement forces to ensure public safety; - assessment of the expected effectiveness of the automation of the law enforcement management system to ensure public safety. The results of the SRW are planned to be used in the activities of the Main Administration of NGU, territorial groups of NGU, headquarters of units and military units of NGU, as well as in the educational process of the National Academy of NGU. The research was carried out according to the plan of scientific research work and research and development works of the research center of service-combat activity of the NGU of the National Academy of NGU.
