The regularities of the influence of man-made soil parameters on the choice of structural, organizational and technological solutions during the construction of underground parts of buildings have been established, on the basis of which a new approach to experimental research in terms of increasing the bearing capacity and protection against the aggressive effects of piles in polymer shells has been proposed. Patterns of the influence of organizational and technological factors on the parameters of the process of erecting underground parts of buildings in man-made urban areas were obtained. The methods of organizational and technological design have been improved to increase the manufacturability of the processes of erecting underground parts of buildings and their operational durability on man-made soils. The methods of analysis and generalization were applied to substantiate the relevance, formulation of the purpose and objectives of the research. Statistical analysis is applied to determine organizational and technological solutions and conditions of work during the construction of underground parts of buildings in man-made urban areas.
