A research object is the economic phenomena and processes. A purpose of work is a construction of mathematical models of the various economic phenomena and processes. A research method which is used economic and natural sciences at description of proof quantitative conformities to law is a mathematical design, that allows to give the formalized description of object. It was in-process decided to model and forecast the monthly dynamics of commodity turnover between Ukraine and Kazakhstan, beginning from 2015 year. At a design and prognostication, the models of sentinel rows of ARIMA*ARIMAS and exponential smoothing of Holt are successfully applied. The conducted researches allow to assert that the considered models can be successfully applied for a design and prognostication many economic processes. The mathematical model of dependence of growth of social price index is built from growth of annual volume of gross domestic product, course of grivna and level of middle ettlings, is adequate and reliable. By equalization of regression it is possible to estimate the influence of factors on changing of ISC and calculate the forecast values of social price index. On the basis of method of moments, the design of dynamic descriptions of the dissipative systems is conducted. An account only of odd moments does not allow to describe being in the system of forces which carry dissipative character. Therefore, at the construction of descriptions of the system odd moments were taken into account also. It allowed to get the conduct of coefficient of diffusion of the considered dynamic system which conforms to the experiment.
