 The object of the research is the field of administrative services. The purpose of the development is to determine directions for further development and improvement of the system of providing administrative services in the city of Kyiv and to improve the quality of their provision. In the research process, a complex of general scientific methods was used - system analysis, synthesis, logical generalization, as well as methods of comparison and expert evaluations. In the process of carrying out research work, an analysis of the current state of the organization of the provision of administrative services at the level of the city of Kyiv was carried out, and problems were identified, the solution of which is aimed at the Concept of Development of Centers for the Provision of Administrative Services in the City of Kyiv for 2022-2025; the purpose and main tasks of the Concept, the ways and methods of solving problems, the expected results from the implementation of the Concept and control over the course of its implementation are determined. The result of the work carried out is the project of the concept of the development of administrative service centers in the city of Kyiv for 2022-2025.
