In the process of carrying out research work, an analysis of the current state of the organization of the provision of administrative services at the level of the city of Kyiv was carried out, and problems were identified, the solution of which is aimed at the Concept of Development of Centers for the Provision of Administrative Services in the City of Kyiv for 2022-2025; the purpose and main tasks of the Concept, the ways and methods of solving problems, the expected results from the implementation of the Concept and control over the course of its implementation are determined.
