Achieving the specified goal necessitated setting and solving a set of tasks: determining the theoretical foundations of personnel management; consideration of the current state of the organization of personnel management at domestic and foreign enterprises; determination of forms of ensuring quality work of management personnel at the enterprise; development of promising directions for improving the personnel management system at the enterprise in the conditions of the post-war economy. The object of research is the process of personnel management at enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of personnel management at the enterprise in the conditions of the post-war economy. When performing the research and solving the set tasks, the work uses general scientific and special research methods, such as: analysis, synthesis, system approach, the method of comparative characteristics, grouping and abstraction (when studying the theoretical foundations of management); the method of comparative analysis, observation, experiment, balance and statistical methods (when considering the current state of personnel management systems); induction, deduction, modeling and substantiation, the method of the program-target approach (when developing promising directions for improving the personnel management system at enterprises).
