A system of indicators for ensuring environmental safety has been identified, based on the global goals of sustainable development. Analytical review of scientific, informational and technical literature revealed the lack of comprehensive approaches to determining the zone of influence of urban systems, criteria and signs of this influence and the need to clarify the conceptual and categorical apparatus in theoretical-methodological, resource-functional, management dimensions. The use of a conceptual model of socio-ecological-economic assessment of the urbanized territory to increase environmental safety is proposed. The apparatus of the program-analytical method and the method of analyzing hierarchies have been adapted to build a multi-level hierarchy for the development of management solutions to increase the environmental safety of urban systems in the case of man-made noise pollution. The choice of research objects, which are representative and typical examples of urbanized systems with the distribution of urban infrastructure objects into agricultural and recreational zones, is justified. The methods of determining the levels of noise pollution were analyzed and a priority innovative approach was identified, which takes into account the architectural and landscape planning of modern urbanized systems. As priority technical and economic solutions for increasing the ecological safety of urban systems, 9 measures are proposed, which are characterized, and their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Techno-economic solutions for increasing environmental safety in case of noise pollution for residential buildings of the city have been identified. Kharkiv includes a complex of local landscaping.
