The purpose of the work is to develop a scientific and methodological complex and practical tools for Ukraine's transition to an additive economy model based on the rationale for the introduction of disruptive technologies and digital transformation that ensures progressive social development, resource security, high competitiveness of the national economy. As a result of the implementation of the second stage of the research, data were obtained on the approbation of the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformations to ensure sustainable development, namely: data on the results of the impact of digital and non-digital factors on indicators of economic, social and environmental development for OECD countries in 2004-2018. A system of calculation algorithms, methods, and models for substantiating management decisions regarding the digital transformation of sectors of the national economy and recommendations for their implementation in space and time has been formed, which contains an algorithm for making decision and a mechanism for the implementation of management decisions regarding the digital transformation of socio-economic and ecological systems. A database of the results of the assessment of the effects of the spread of disruptive technologies in socio-economic systems has been created based on the calculated values for 6 groups of dynamic indicators in 2017-2022. Applied methodological approaches have been developed to assess the coherence of processes between elements of structures in ecological and economic series at different levels of socio-economic systems, which, unlike the existing ones, consider the trend and cyclical components of dynamics, with the aim of identifying the leading and following subsystems of the national economy.
