So, to date, more than 90% of the equipment of electrical stations and substations has developed its resource. It is natural that its further operation without the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures leads to an increase in the risk of emergency situations. The fact that it was discussed at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 58 of September 21, 2000) testifies to the importance and relevance of this problem.
