A mathematical model of the vibrations of a multi-layer shell, which has outer layers and a central layer of nanocomposite materials alternating with layers of honeycomb core, has been developed. It was established that changing the direction of the reinforcement of the outer layers with carbon nanotubes allows you to significantly influence on the natural frequencies of oscillations. A calculating method of the dynamics of composite rocket structures has been developed, taking into account the influence of the local loss of stability of near-surface layers. A model, method and algorithms of the dynamics of a rod composite structural element with near-surface delamination, which can lose stability upon reaching a critical compression deformation, have been developed.
