The aim of the research is increasing the reliability of electricity supply to consumers and the efficiency of restoration of electricity supply by operators of distribution systems by developing models of system construction and means of identifying emergency states in distribution electric networks of IPS of Ukraine and ensuring their information compatibility with existing systems in accordance with the SmartGrid concept, as well as the possibility of monitoring parameters of emergency modes. The object of the study is the construction models of systems, methods and means of identifying emergency states in the distribution electric networks of the IPS of Ukraine. The relevance is due to the need to increase the reliability of electricity supply to consumers and the efficiency of the distribution system operators due to the search for damaged areas in distribution electrical networks using damage indicators. The method of measuring currents, which is used in the damage indicator, has been improved, a modular structure of an intellectualized meter of emergency conditions in distribution electric networks has been proposed, which allows for the rearrangement of the hardware and software part of the intellectualized meter taking into account possible peak loads in the branches of electric networks and changes in the configuration of the electric network, a mock-up has been developed a sample of an intellectualized emergency meter, methods and algorithms for testing a mock-up sample during its manufacture, bench tests and in operating conditions at the energy facilities of the IPS of Ukraine during work.
