On the basis of the constructed mathematical models, a software-modeling complex was developed, which includes input data inputs, a database and knowledge management subsystem, mathematical support, a result visualization subsystem, and a decision support subsystem. The application of this complex makes it possible to determine the dynamics of the distribution of concentrations of radioactive substances in the components of the environment as a result of accidental spills of radioactive liquids in an open area, to assess the relevant risks to the health of personnel and the population, to determine the worst-case scenarios of the development of such dangerous events, to generate recommendations to support the adoption of effective management decisions regarding prompt response to such emergency situations and minimization of their consequences.
