Constructive, organizational and technological solutions, methodological approaches, regulatory framework and results of research on the technology and organization of construction of underground parts of buildings in compacted urban areas are analyzed and summarized. The degree of influence of destabilizing factors on labor intensity, duration of work and durability of buildings is determined. A methodology for taking into account the influence of organizational and technological factors on the parameters of the process of erecting underground parts of buildings in compacted urban areas while optimizing the duration of work has been developed. The formalization of optimization tasks has been carried out, the methodology of information modeling has been developed for predicting the parameters of the duration of works. Research methods. The methods of analysis and generalization were applied to substantiate the relevance, formulation of the purpose and objectives of the research. Statistical analysis is applied to determine organizational and technological solutions and conditions of work during the construction of underground parts of buildings in compacted urban areas.
