The purpose of the work is to develop a system of models and methods based on BIM optimization in the innovative development of the construction complex of Ukraine in the process of strategic and tactical construction management to ensure innovative development and increase the competitiveness of objects at all stages of the life cycle and impact on the work of construction enterprises in market conditions. Scientific relevance of the work is determined by the new theoretical and methodical approaches of ВIM to analysis, modeling and structural optimization in the innovative development of the construction complex of Ukraine. The initial data for the development of system models and methods are technical and economic indicators of innovative construction projects and materials of construction enterprises of Ukraine for 2018 and 2020 and strategic directions of their development from the standpoint of European integration until 2020. Research methods is factor analysis, generalization, theory of structural optimization, economics - mathematical modeling and software packages for PЕCs. Scientific requirements for the created models and optimization methods in the BIM program for the innovative development of the construction complex provide for their compliance with the external and internal conditions of construction enterprises, tax and other codes adopted in Ukraine, and market criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative measures. The practical value of models and methods lies in the assimilation of modern computer models and methods by designers, managers of construction enterprises, and building operators for optimization in innovative development and forecasting the use of production reserves.
