The goal of the work is the theoretical justification and development of organizational and technological solutions during reconstruction in the conditions of an operating enterprise to increase the operational durability of the main building structures. Research methods. The method of analysis and generalization was applied to substantiate the relevance, formulation of the research goal and tasks. Using the method of statistical analysis, the main provisions of the organizational and technological solutions for the execution of works during the reconstruction in the conditions of the operating enterprise were determined. The results and their novelty - new approaches have been developed to improve organizational and technological solutions in the following areas: - determination of the main factors that affect the technology of work during reconstruction; - development of recommendations for the use of mechanization tools during reconstruction in the conditions of an operating enterprise; - recommendations for the performance of dismantling works during reconstruction in the conditions of an operating enterprise. The scope of application - examples of the application of specific organizational and technological solutions, recommendations for the use of mini-cranes and the mechanization of disassembling metal tanks can be used during the development of construction organization projects and work execution projects.
