Deracemization of dehydroindenol derivatives, dehydroindenediols, and vicinal cycloalkanes was performed using enzymatic separation methods, and new optically active substances were obtained. Theoretical in silico and molecular docking studies of the database of 300 synthesized compounds were performed, the compounds identified are the most promising for further in vitro studies.
