Objective: synthesis and study of patterns of structure - photophysical and electrochemical properties for new conjugated linear and star-shaped oligomers and polymers, promising for use in molecular and optoelectronics. Methods: measurements of electrical conductivity and photoconductivity currents, thermogravimetric analysis, absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The scientific significance of the work performed is that, based on the analysis of the patterns of structure – chemical and photophysical properties for new conjugated linear and star oligomeric and polymer systems, structural factors that contribute to the growth of their semiconducting and photoconductive properties have been identified. The practical significance of the study: synthesized new conjugated linear and star-shaped oligomers and polymers can be used in molecular and optoelectronics to create LEDs, organic lasers, pressure sensors and holographic recording media.
