The object of the study: psychological health and well-being of the personnel of organizations. The purpose of the research: to develop technologies for ensuring the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in conditions of social tension. Research methods: theoretical analysis of the problem, testing, surveys, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of active social and psychological training. A conceptual model of technologies for ensuring the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction has been developed and substantiated, which includes the following components: 1) substantiation of the relevance of the problem of technologies for ensuring the mental health and well-being of educational personnel in conditions of social tension (war and post-war restoration); 2) definition and meaningful disclosure of key concepts; 3) analysis of negative and positive findings of mental health and well-being of educational personnel in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction; 4) disclosure of the content and features of organizational and psychological technologies and definition of the content and features of technologies for ensuring the mental health and well-being of educational personnel; 5) building a model of technologies for ensuring the mental health and well-being of educational personnel in the conditions of war and post-war recovery at various levels (society/educational sector, organization, territorial community); 6) determination of the tasks, structure and main component technologies of ensuring the mental health and well-being of educational personnel in the conditions of war and post-war recovery.
