The aim of the work is to develop new and improve existing methods of forecasting dangerous and extreme meteorological phenomena over different regions of Ukraine, as well as to characterize the variability of meteorological variables and circulation conditions in Ukraine in the warm half of the year during climate change The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of forecasting of the state economy through the development of new and improving traditional methods of forecasting dangerous weather conditions, detection and typification of meteorological and circulation conditions on the eve of dangerous weather over Ukraine. Research methods - processing of meteorological data, spatio-temporal generalization of meteorological and synoptic information, synoptic analysis, statistical analysis, quantitative assessment of the atmosphere. Established the spatio-temporal distribution and temperature-wind characteristics during the formation of ice and frost at the stations of the Odesa region, the current meteorological and circulation conditions of fog formation in Kherson, the recurrence and synoptic conditions of the thunderstorm activity on the territory of Ukraine in winter. Determined advective changes in temperature and air humidity on the eve of the formation of low clouds in Ivano-Frankivsk. Rrevealed the peculiarities of the atmospheric circulation and thermodynamic state of the troposphere during heavy snowfalls in the Lviv region. Determined as a result of the research using the atmospheric reanalysis data ERA5, the nature of the circulation and the thermodynamic state of the troposphere during heavy precipitation in winter in Ukraine.
