Computer modeling was used to analyze the stress-strain state and residual porosity over the forging volume, which is implemented by the deformation scheme. The regularities of the formation of the phase composition of materials depending on the content of the initial components and the temperature of thermal synthesis are studied. The influence of the structure and deformation scheme during volumetric stamping on the hardness, strength, crack resistance, electrical conductivity and wear resistance of composites is established.
