The purpose of the study: is to determine the risk factor of local and distant metastasis and promenotoxicity in chemopromenic treatment of patients with CC for the development of propositions for the correction of antitumor therapy and individualized concomitant patients. Research methods: methods of nonparametric statistics, technology of Data Mining. Theoretical results: the criteria for evaluating the results of the treatment and the further overrun of CC were disassembled, an information model for the base of follow-up data on patients was created. Practical results: a database consisting of 18 main and 48 reference tables was created. It contains anthropometric and anthropological data of patients, characteristics of the tumor, the treatment performed and its consequences. Novelty: for the first time, the criteria for evaluating the results of treatment and the further course of CC were selected. Based on them a database for conducting an analytical study of risk factors for local and distant metastasis and radiation toxicity during chemoradiation treatment have been created. Effectiveness of implementation: is to decrease in the number of bed-days.
