The optimization of the current-current parameters of the synthesis of oxide ceramic coatings was carried out and the optimal modes were selected. This made it possible to create oxide-ceramic coatings with an increased content of high-strength phases (corundum, sillimanite and mullite) on silumins. New electrolytes with the addition of chromic acid and chromium oxide are proposed and optimized. Oxidoceramic coatings synthesized in these electrolytes have significantly higher microhardness due to the formation of corundum doped with chromium (AlCr)2O3. Such technological solutions made it possible to significantly increase the microhardness (1300 - 1400HV), the wear resistance of PEO layers increased by 2 - 2.5 times compared to known methods. Significantly increased tribological characteristics of PEO layer-steel friction pairs, ceramics. It has been established that alloys with PEO coatings have 2-3 orders of magnitude higher corrosion resistance than the base. In addition, energy consumption for the formation of oxide layers has been significantly reduced. Product Description popup.authors Veselivsʹka Halyna H Hvozdetsʹkyy Volodymyr M. Dzʹoba Yuriy V.
