The subject of research is microstructure, structure, phase transformations of high-entropy alloys. The purpose of the research is to obtain reliable experimental data on the structure, microstructure and phase transformations of multicomponent high-entropy alloys - the latest materials with a complex of improved mechanical properties (hardness, strength, wear resistance, electrical resistance, corrosion resistance), which are promising for wide use, in particular, for the manufacture of parts machines, dies and molds, anti-corrosion parts, cutting tools, functional coatings, hard alloy, thin film resistors, diffusion barriers and high temperature structural components. The structure, microstructure and phase transformations in equiatomic high-entropy alloys based on the elements Al, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni were studied. The research methods are X-ray spectroscopy (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). A Zeiss Supra 55 VP electron microscope was used for metallographic studies. X-ray structural studies of materials were carried out on an automated X-ray diffractometer DRON-3. All physical quantities are given in the SI system.
