The purpose of the work is the analysis, verification and formalization of individual and administrative-territorial information regarding the persons from the SRU who live in Varasky, Novohrad-Volynskyi and Chernihivskyi districts. Research methods – mathematical modeling, computer programming, statistical data processing. An analysis of the completeness degree and quality of the data received in 2022 from the SRU regarding persons living in radioactively contaminated settlements of the Varasky, Novohrad-Volynskyi and Chernihivskyi districts was performed. The registration data of SRU persons and the results of their medical examinations in 1988–2020 were analyzed. The cohort size for which individualized doses can be calculated (146,396 people) was determined. The collection of information about the settlements where the SRU persons live was carried out. The names of settlements, their affiliation to newly created communities and districts, their codification according to all-Ukrainian classifiers, as well as changes related to resettlement, joining other settlements, renaming or exclusion from the list of settlements have been clarified. The database of SRU persons residence has been updated. The number of records in the database related to the districts considered in this work is 502. The newly created database was linked with the database of the Central Ecological and Dosimetric Register of the NSCRM. Simulation of exposure doses for residents of territories that may be exposed to radioactive contamination during military operations in the event of situations accompanied by significant emissions of radioactive substances into the environment (nuclear explosion or accident at a nuclear power plant) was performed.
