The subject of research is the immunophenotype of malignant tumor cells, molecular features of the interaction of fluorophore-conjugated antibodies with cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, the effectiveness of fluorescence-guided surgery in the visualization of malignant neoplasms. The aim of the work is to create a technique of intraoperative photodynamic imaging in the near infrared region of the spectrum of malignant tumors of the main localizations using fluorophore-conjugated antibodies to molecules of cancer-embryonic antigen. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to investigate in vitro interaction of fluorophore-conjugated anti-CEACAM antibodies with malignant tumors cells; to establish the features of interaction of fluorophore-conjugated anti-CEACAM antibodies with different types of tumor cells; to determine the optimal concentrations of fluorophore-conjugated anti-CEACAM antibodies for the indication of neoplastic cells; to investigate the stability of the "cell-fluorescent label" complex. Research methods – histological (hematoxylin and eosin staining) and immunofluorescence (determination of CEACAM expression) study of postoperative material; creation of fluorophore-conjugated anti-CEACAM antibodies according to the protocols of the fluorophore manufacturer; mathematical methods.
