The purpose of research work is the development of theoretical principles, methods and hardware and software tools for organizing the movement of structured data in cyber-physical systems. The work methods are based on the mathematical foundations of theoretical and numerical bases, the theory of correlation, spectral and entropy functions and meet the requirements of developing algorithms and means of designing components and means of special processor digital technology. The generalized scientific result of the work consists in the justification of information technologies and the development of high-speed algorithms for the formation, coding, transmission and processing of signals and digital data of computerized systems. The scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in the development of new principles of digital data transformation and recommendations for improving the components of distributed computer systems based on the theory of correlation, spectral, logical-statistical, cluster and entropy processing of digital messages. The degree of implementation – tested and implemented at the Institute of Microprocessor Control Systems of Power Engineering Facilities (IMSKOE, Lviv), KB "Strila" (Ternopil), SE "Lviv Research Radio Technical Institute" (Lviv). Effectiveness - the use of the results of scientific and research work consists in the fact that the proposed theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the implementation of new methods of correlation processing of signals in polar coordinates and the organization of structured data in cyber-physical systems will allow to increase the effectiveness of the functioning of computerized control systems and management of complex technological processes, increase the reliability of identification of pre-accident and emergency states.
