The subject of research are models, methods, techniques, architectural solutions and tools for evaluating physical and computational models of the CPS. The purpose of the work is to develop the theoretical foundations to integrate into the environment of the cyber-physical system the models of physical and computational processes of the guaranteed functioning of CES as subscribers of Internet of Things network. A systematic approach to diagnosing the operation of the CES in the structure of the CPS for normal and abnormal situations has been developed, involving the principle of timely detection of causes and prevention of a possible transition from the normal mode of object operation to an abnormal one. This approach is developed in the form of an information platform of technical diagnostics, whose structure is a system of models of physical and computational processes of guaranteed CES operation. The models of the physical processes of the guaranteed CES functioning implement the evaluation and rational coordination of the margins of the permissible risk for situations of abnormal regime based on the forecast values of the functioning indicators or CES parameters in restored functional dependencies, are oriented on the use of a discrete sample of the real functioning indicators values, which is updated by searching for data distributed by clusters taking into account randomly detected errors that occurred during transmission through Internet of Things network channels from IoT sensors. Models of computational processes implement the collection, storage, and processing of big data in the IoT environment based on cluster analysis and fuzzy knowledge bases. To support the operation of the CFS, a digital twin model is proposed, which provides an opportunity to predict the behavior of a real object in "virtual space".
