Fabrication of superconducting anion-migrating heterostructures based on complex oxides, measurements and theoretical interpretation of the obtained data. Experimental and theoretical studies of anion-migrating heterostructures based on contacts of a metal and a complex transition-metal oxide and determination of prospects for their use as elements of neuromorphic systems. Methods of the charge scattering theory in complex heterostructures for calculating the transport characteristics of contacts formed by a normal metal with an oxide superconductor. An overview of theoretical models on the memristive behavior of solid structures, on which the analysis of the original results is based, is given. A theoretical model of resistive switchings in contacts of a metal electrode and a transition-metal oxide is proposed, according to which the main changes in the resistance of the heterostructures occur in the nanoscale region near the metal-complex oxide interface, the local microstructure of which changes as a result of redistribution of oxygen vacancies in space and time. It was theoretically established that the electromigration of oxygen ions under the action of an alternating electric field is the source of the two-valued current-voltage dependence. Numerical calculations for metal contacts with yttrium-barium cuprate are in good agreement with our experimental data and may be useful for the creation of new memristive devices for neuromorphic electronics imitating the behavior of biological neurons and synapses. To implement the planned second stage of this work, resistive effects in the contacts of ferromagnetic and superconducting films at the superconducting transition were investigated. A strong increase in the critical current was detected, which indicates the interaction of Abrikosov vortices with the magnetic texture in the adjacent ferromagnetic film.
